VEGAN COCONUT BANANA GINGER SMOOTHIE
Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Serves: 1 glass
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
3 crushed ice cubes
1 tablespoon fresh ginger,
EQUIPMENT
Blender
Glasses
PREPARATION
Freeze the banana (remove peel before freezing)
Make your coconut milk
Chop the ginger
Crush the ice
METHOD
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and garnish with mint or piece of banana
Serve
