VEGAN COCONUT BANANA GINGER SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
3 crushed ice cubes
1 passion fruit
EQUIPMENT
Blender
Glasses
PREPARATION
Freeze the banana (remove peel before freezing)
Make your coconut milk
Get the passion fruit seeds
Crush the ice
METHOD
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and garnish with mint
Serve
