We grow our own pineapples at our Food Forest in Paksong. They are delicious, organic and sweet! Perfect ingredients for curries, jams, as fruit and to drink as a smoothie. Here is the easiest recipe to make this delicious smoothie.
VEGAN PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE
Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 5 minutes Total time: 10 minutes Serves: 1 glass

2 full cups cubed pineapple, frozen
1 1/2 cups crushed ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey
2-3 large mint leaves
EQUIPMENT
Blender
Glasses
PREPARATION
Cut the pineapple and freeze them (for ca. 2-3 hours)
METHOD
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with mint or pieces of pineapple.
Serve
