Butterfly tea is one of the herbal teas the Food Forest Kitchen serves for free to our guests. Butterfly Pea Tea is a simple drink to make. In Thailand it is called Nahm Dok Anchan. It has a lot of health benefits and can be made from fresh flowers or from dried flowers. You can find the butterfly pea vines growing near the restaurant of Eco-Logic and near the school of the Thai Child Development Foundation. More information about the butterfly pea flower and plant can be found here.
