In Thailand dipping sauces are traditionally served with many meals and raw vegetables. Most of the time the sauces are quite salty and spicy. And fresh fruit can also be used.
The sauce from this recipe is served At the Food Forest Kitchen @Ecologicthailand when we serve our seafood barbecue.
