What to do if there is a lot of fruit around because of harvesting season. We make jams of course, and chutneys and every now and then we make a salsa.
Like the Fruity Mango Plum Salsa.
At the Food Forest Kitchen @Ecologicthailand we serve it with our home made flat bread as a entree or as a snack.
