Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt-based drink that originated in India. At the Food Forest Restaurant we use our own home made yogurt and the fresh fruit- and even with vegetables and herbs - from our gardens and food forest to make this amazing thirstlessing healthy drink. The flavor of Thai Basil goes amazingly well with the taste of yogurt.
