Bread is not eaten a lot in Thailand, so French toast is also not very common. Unless you stay in Western hotels. At Eco-Logic's restaurant, the Food Forest Kitchen, we make our own version of French toast. We use our own home made bread of course, our home made coconut milk and we serve it with our home made condensed milk. Give it a try at home with this recipe.
