The Umbrella tree can be found near the restaurant of Eco-Logic Thailand and in Paksong area.
The umbrella tree, also known as Schefflera and umbrella plant, is a plant that originates from Thailand. It is an evergreen shrub that can be up to 15 meters tall. The tree seldom blooms, but when it blooms it has small white flowers, in a fleshy spherical.
The bark of the tree is smooth, brown, the leaves are finger-shaped, alternating with 6-8 sub-leaves, oval, 1.5-3 centimeter wide and 5-8 centimeter long. It's green as a bouquet of flowers at the end of the branch.

THE LEAVES
The e umbrella umbrella tree features long, shiny, oval green leaves that droop gracefully from a central stalk, resembling an umbrella. A mature tree might have 12 to 16 leaflets from a single stalk, while an immature tree is more likely to have four to six.

The whole plant is also used as analgesics, antiseptic and to promote blood circulation. The leaves are used for wound-healing, inflammation, cough, bronchitis, carcinogenic and removal of blood clot in the brain. In Thailand and China the plant is widely used as an antiasthmatic.
